What you can expect

Der direkte Kontakt mit Kunden macht dir Spaß? Bei dieser Aufgabe bist du laufend in Kontakt mit unseren Kunden. Zum einen gibst du telefonische Hilfestellung und zum anderen bist du direkt vor Ort und führst an unseren Anlagen Wartungen, Inspektionen und Schulungen durch. Mit deiner lösungsorientierten Art leistest du einen sehr wichtigen Beitrag zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.

Organisation und Durchführung von Wartungseinsätzen und Anlageninspektionen sowie Serviceeinsätzen in den modernen Werken unserer Kunden
Support unserer Kunden vor Ort und am Telefon
Aktive Mitgestaltung beim Ausbau unseres Kundenservices und im After Sales Bereich
Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
Im Bedarfsfall Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Neuanlagen
Geplante Bereitschaftsdienste
Reisetätigkeit ca. 60% (vorwiegend in Europa)

What you bring with you

Ausbildung wie Lehre oder HTL im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
Versiert in Deutsch und Englisch (oder vorhandene Lernbereitschaft)
Kundenorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise
Strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
