What you can expect
Als Prozessmanager sind Sie von Anfang an in das Projekt involviert. Sie analysieren und verstehen die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden, erarbeiten eine maßgeschneiderte Intralogistik-Lösung auf Basis unseres bestehenden Baukastens und bringen innovative Ideen ein. Die Moderation der Workshops bei unseren Kunden macht diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe noch interessanter.
- Konzeption vollautomatischer Intralogistik-Lösungen
- Moderation von Kundenworkshops zur Anforderungsanalyse
- Mitarbeit bei der Pflichtenhefterstellung
- Ansprechpartner für Vertrieb, Projektierung und Entwicklung
- Enge Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
- Geschäftsreisen ca. 15%
What you bring with you
- Betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Intralogistik
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit LVS-Systemen und intralogistischen Prozessen
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit automatisierten Lagerlösungen (Shuttlesysteme, Fördertechnik, Hochregallager etc.)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, guter Überblick und hohe Eigenmotivation
- Kommunikative und überzeugende Art
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
